If your presentation includes Audio/Visual material, we ask that you arrive early to coordinate with staff its use. Currently, the conference center does not provide use with Live stream thru Windows media. There are two large screens at our meeting. It is recommended that power points and screen items be formatted large enough for the people to see that are seated in the back of the room. The room can be a bit dark and lighter background works the best.
