The Rotary Club of Fresno, over 300 members strong, prides itself on
having quality programs and speakers. The Club meets each Monday at noon.
Following lunch the President conducts Club business from 12:30-1:00 p.m.
Speakers are introduced by 1:00 p.m. and the meeting ends promptly at 1:30
p.m.

used on the Club website and bulletin releases to the membership. We
encourage prospective speakers to reapply each year, as our program
schedule fills up quickly.
Topics of interest
to our members include: Education, Entertainment (Celebrities, Sports),
Financial (Money, Banking), Business (Local, National), Community Projects
(Local nonprofits, International), Politics (Congress, Senators, City
Council /Mayor, Governors), Topics (Air, Water, Energy, Health,
Transportation {Auto/Train/Airplane/Boat}, Real Estate).
The Rotary Club of
Fresno is a nonprofit organization and does not monetarily support
speakers.
The Rotary Club of
Fresno does not allow speakers to distribute materials on the table at any
on its meetings or functions offering services or goods for sale. A
table in the lobby is available for this purpose. A speaker cannot
promote their goods or services during their presentation.
The Rotary Club of
Fresno will allow speakers from charitable organizations to distribute
their material on the tables at their speaking
engagement.
The Rotary Club of
Fresno does not allow political handouts at meetings unless they are
distributed by the speaker and the information provided is pertinent to
his/her subject.
The Rotary Club of
Fresno will allow literature concerning upcoming propositions, either
local or state, to be placed on a table in the lobby, but not on tables at
a meeting or function.
If your presentation
includes Audio/Visual material, we ask that you arrive early to coordinate
with staff its use. Currently, the conference center does not provide use
with Live stream thru Windows media. There are two large screens at our
meeting. It is recommended that power points and screen items be formatted
large enough for the people to see that are seated in the back of the
room. The room can be a bit dark and lighter background works the
best. |
